All of us here at Friday’s Fox hope you’ve had a great 2014. Enjoy your holidays and we will see you in 2015. We have some good news to share with you when the time is right!
So, while wandering through one of our usual haunts, The Grace Emily Hotel, we came across these folks doing their thing. No idea who The Pretty Lies are, but they played a nice set. Since they don’t seem to have any music up, hopefully we will see them live again soon…

Somehow on Friday night we managed to be at two places at once. Risking the destruction of the universe with this impossibility was necessary in order to see both Silent Duck and The Volume at The Crown and Anchor and Satan’s Cheerleaders at the Metro. Photos below.
(Apologies to Emergency Rule, Pete Wilson and 4 Kings Aloud that we didn’t get photos of!)
We had a great time at our debut show last night. Thanks to everyone who came out to see us, we hope you enjoyed yourselves!
It was a pleasure to share the night with two other fine Adelaide bands, Appomattox Run and Kitchen Witch. We will see you both again soon! Thanks also to the The Grace Emily Hotel for hosting us, it has always been one of our favourite pubs, a great atmosphere every time.
Finally thanks to those who sent us their photos of Friday’s Fox, some of which are posted below.
This is the initial demo release for Friday’s Fox entitled “Night Hunter”. We hope you enjoy it! Further tracks will be released in the near future.

Satan’s Cheerleaders launched their latest album at Jive on 1/11/2014 with a massive double–set show.
We picked up ourselves a copy of the CD and can confirm the wait for their next album was worth it. The physical disk is worth getting for the artwork and the knowledge that owning a CD will be really quaint in ten years time, but you would prefer a digital download, it can be found on BandCamp.
A few photos from the show are below.
A couple of photos from the show the other day at The Grace Emily Hotel. Athletic Teenage Joggers performed an acoustic set with support from Confident Asian Businesswoman and a solo acoustic set from Thomas Kalleske.
Rumour has it that the Joggers will finally be releasing an album in the not–too–distant future. More rumours suggest that further rumours are also in the pipeline. We will report what we know soon!
We did snap a couple of photos of Confident Asian Businesswoman, but in the interests of public decency we will keep them to ourselves. Do not confuse this band with the stock photograph collection of the same name!
We were talking to some friends on the weekend, and telling them about our debut show coming up in November, when some of them mentioned they don’t actually use any of the new–fangled social media stuff. After promptly doing our duty as members of Team Australia and reporting them to the authorities, we sent them some information by email.
